Avogadro 2
Avogadro 2 is a chemical editor and visualization application. It is a continuation of (and partial replacement of) Avogadro.

Running on Comet
You can run Avogadro 2 on Comet by starting it from one of our Open OnDemand desktop environments. It will run on both GPU and non-GPU desktops - performance may vary based on the complexity of your data.
Once you have the desktop environment loaded, open up the terminal application and run:
$ module load Avogadro
$ avogadro2
The application will start and you should see the normal Avogadro interface:
