Please note that Comet Admins do not manage RDW and cannot view or access your shares. We can only advise. Where permissions issues require admin access to fix, please log a ticket with NUService

Fail due to your insufficient permissions
- check what you are trying to modify
- check your user is in the correct group at https://groups.ncl.ac.uk from on campus

Check access on a directory or file for an individual user
Add a group or user - minimise your admin workload:
- minimise number of directories with non-standard permissions
- keep to high level directories
Troubleshoot User or Group permissions
NB: traverse is required for read access
