Dorado

Dorado is a software module available on Comet.

To access Dorado on Comet, run module load Dorado. This will load the default version of Dorado.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^Dorado$):

Dorado: Dorado/1.1.1
    Description:
      ONT Dorado basecalling toolkit.

    This module can be loaded directly: module load Dorado/1.1.1

    Help:
      Dorado 1.1.1 (Oxford Nanopore) — basecalling toolkit
      This module prepends the Dorado bin directory to PATH.
      
      Binary path:
        /opt/software/manual/apps/Dorado/1.1.1/dorado-1.1.1-linux-x64/bin

If there are multiple versions of Dorado listed, then you can load a specific version as follows:

$ module load Dorado/version_string

You can find the most up to date information whilst logged on to Comet by running module -r spider ^Dorado$.
