hail-env

hail-env is a software module available on Comet.

hail-env overview

To access hail-env on Comet, run module load hail-env. This will load the default version of hail-env.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^hail-env$):

hail-env:
    Description:
      Python 3.10.4 + Hail virtual environment

     Versions:
        hail-env/0.2.134

  For detailed information about a specific "hail-env" package (including how to load the modules) use the module's full name.
  Note that names that have a trailing (E) are extensions provided by other modules.
  For example:

     $ module spider hail-env/0.2.134

If there are multiple versions of hail-env listed, then you can load a specific version as follows:

$ module load hail-env/version_string

You can find the most up to date information whilst logged on to Comet by running module -r spider ^hail-env$.


hail-env Help

There is no embedded help in the hail-env module (module help hail-env).

There are no dependencies listed for hail-env
