Hypre

Hypre, a software library of high performance preconditioners and solvers for the solution of large, sparse linear systems of equations on massively parallel computers

Running on Comet

The Hypre library is added to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH by loading the Hypre module. Any well configured application should be able to build and link against Hypre by using the PKG_CONFIG_PATH variable the module also configures:

$ module load Hypre

Hypre is built with the following options for Comet:

  • OpenMP
  • MPI
  • CUDA
  • Fortran
