openms

openms is a software module available on Comet.

To access openms on Comet, run module load openms. This will load the default version of openms.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^openms$):

openms: openms/3.5.0
    Description:
      OpenMS - Open-source software for LC/MS and proteomics data analysis

    This module can be loaded directly: module load openms/3.5.0

If there are multiple versions of openms listed, then you can load a specific version as follows:

$ module load openms/version_string

You can find the most up to date information whilst logged on to Comet by running module -r spider ^openms$.

There is no embedded help in the openms module (module help openms).
