R-keras

R-keras is a software module available on Comet.

To access R-keras on Comet, run module load R-keras. This will load the default version of R-keras.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^R-keras$):

R-keras: R-keras/2025
    Description:
      R with keras and related packages

    This module can be loaded directly: module load R-keras/2025

If there are multiple versions of R-keras listed, then you can load a specific version as follows:

$ module load R-keras/version_string

You can find the most up to date information whilst logged on to Comet by running module -r spider ^R-keras$.

There is no embedded help in the R-keras module (module help R-keras).

The default version of the module R-keras has the following dependencies:

• R/4.5.1-gfbf-2024a
