regenie

regenie is a software module available on Comet.

regenie overview

To access regenie on Comet, run module load regenie. This will load the default version of regenie.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^regenie$):

regenie: regenie/4.1.0

    This module can be loaded directly: module load regenie/4.1.0

    Help:
      Regenie v4.1.0
      Whole-genome regression GWAS tool.
      
      Installed at: /opt/software/manual/apps/regenie/4.1.0
      
      Usage:
        module load regenie/4.1.0
        regenie --help

If there are multiple versions of regenie listed, then you can load a specific version as follows:

$ module load regenie/version_string

You can find the most up to date information whilst logged on to Comet by running module -r spider ^regenie$.

The module regenie has the following embedded help text (module help regenie):

Regenie v4.1.0
Whole-genome regression GWAS tool.

Installed at: /opt/software/manual/apps/regenie/4.1.0

Usage:
  module load regenie/4.1.0
