SMINA

SMINA is a software module available on Comet.

SMINA overview

To access SMINA on Comet, run module load SMINA. This will load the default version of SMINA.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^SMINA$):

SMINA: SMINA/1.1.2

    This module can be loaded directly: module load SMINA/1.1.2

    Help:
      SMINA v1.1.2
      Fork of AutoDock Vina for molecular docking and virtual screening.
      Adds flexible scoring and search options.
      
      Installed at: /opt/software/manual/apps/SMINA/1.1.2
      
      Usage:
        module load SMINA/1.1.2
        smina --help

If there are multiple versions of SMINA listed, then you can load a specific version as follows:

$ module load SMINA/version_string

You can find the most up to date information whilst logged on to Comet by running module -r spider ^SMINA$.

The module SMINA has the following embedded help text (module help SMINA):

SMINA v1.1.2
