Subread is a software module available on Comet.

Subread overview

To access Subread on Comet, run module load Subread. This will load the default version of Subread.

An overview of the module information is shown below (module -r spider ^Subread$):

    Description:

    This module can be loaded directly: module load Subread/2.0.6-GCC-12.3.0
