Project Description

Analysis of MRI brain images to look at structural and functional connectivity in studies of old age and age related neuro degenerative conditions.

Software or Compute Methods

docker/singularity to run fmriprep software to preprocess functional MR images https://fmriprep.org/en/stable/

Matlab in order to run the Conn functional connectivity toolbox (https://web.conn-toolbox.org/) to analysis the fMRI data

FSL (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/docs/index.html) to process diffusion MR images in order to look at structural brain connectivity.
