Project Description

I will be creating large datasets containing spatially referenced environmental variables, such as SST, PAR, etc. to statistically test their influence on biological processes relevant to my work. I aim to work with global climate models for different climate change scenarios (IPCC). I will use pyhton to read and build light intensity models.

Software or Compute Methods

Use of statistical software and spatial analysis tools such as R, Python, linux, ArcPro to generate scripts and produce spatial datasets, model outputs and spatial products for ecological interpretation.
