Project Description

Running machine learning models on large datasets to track laying hens. Running models to detect vocalisations.

Software or Compute Methods

Primarily using RESNET and YOLO to track chickens from video footage and recognistion of vocalisations from spectograms. Then using Python and R to run machine learning algorithms inlcuding simple random forests to deep learning from audio and etrxacted features of audio.
