Project Description

1) Large number of batch jobs each of them with a memory footprint of 2-4GB
2) Shared-memory parallel jobs with up to 24 cores
3) Jobs of data processing so single core but lots of memory & I/O

Software or Compute Methods

- Python data handling and data science libraries: numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, pandas, matplotlib, tensorflow, theano, keras
- Matlab
- C++ compiler
- Bash & Perl for basic scripting
