Project Description

Computational Structural Biology. Analysis of Cryo-EM image datasets to produce single particle reconstructions. Modelling of protein:protein and protein:ligand interactions. Computational design of protein binders and protein folds.

Relion5.0 single particle cryoEM analysis tools.

Python based protein design tools, such as rosettafold, RFdiffusion, AlphaFold3, bind craft.
