Species distribution models (SDM) based on information using the National Vegetation Classification (NVC) for England and Wales, combining information from land cover map of Great Britain plus elevation, soil and meteorological datasets.
Primarily uses R so might access using the new OnDemand RStudio frontend. Some of the utilities within R access Python as a backend using the R reticulate package.
