Project Description

Externally funded NU project "Error Correcting Codes for Synthetic Biology" involves applications of error-correcting codes and python modelling of designed algorithms. HPC resources will be used to run simulations and stress-testing (QA) on generated code.

Software or Compute Methods

Mostly Python code, using only CPU resources. For that reason only free-based access to HPC is requested.
