This project aims to create a space for students within the Ryan Group and wider LRCG to complete projects within the Comet HPC. This will include projects focussing on childhood cancers and leukaemia genomics including aligning genome sequences and variant calling.
This will predominantly use established pipelines developed within the Ryan Group including minimap2, Clair3, Severus, and sniffles callers. Alongside this, annotation tools such as VEP may also be used.
