Project Description

The students will be running probabilistic tractography to determine structural connectivity within multiple neurotransmission pathways (n~10) dopaminergic and serotonergic pathways on 157 participants


Software or Compute Methods

The students will use probtrackX_gpu in FSL as part of their HPC compute activity. This will require the use of GPU compute resources.
