The project aims to study obesity prevalence over time, and to investigate associations with outcomes in the context of particular treatments across pre-defined patient cohorts.
The project will use R and Python via scripts and also via OpenOnDemand (RStudio, Jupyter). The project will also use SAS statistical software.
