This project uses HPC to analyse multichannel electrophysiological recordings, generating high-dimensional, large-scale datasets, including analytical pipelines with computationally intensive steps such as filtering, time–frequency decomposition, and connectivity analyses across multiple channels.
MATLAB, Python and R will be used in this project to analyse multichannel electrophysiological recordings and generate high-dimensional, large-scale datasets.
