Project Description

Primarily scRNAseq based analysis of alloimmune interactions in human BMT tissues including graft versus host disease and graft versus leukaemia interactions.

This project will use a primarily python based scRNAseq workflow to analyse alloimmune interactions in human BMT tissues.
