Project Description

Conducting PheWAS analysis on multiple UMOD SNPs using it as a framework and proof of concept which will then be implemented to run a PheWAS on MUC1 as the disease of interest in this PhD is ADTKD MUC1.


Software or Compute Methods

The project will use R and Python for data analysis. As well as PLINK for genotype data handling and quality control.
