Project Description

Monte Carlo simulation study demonstrating model parameter recovery from the degree distributions of simulated networks using MCMC methods.


Software or Compute Methods

Functions for simulating from networks and fitting model to degree distributions written in c++ using Rcpp library. Wrapper to run simulation study written in R using the parallel package.
