Project for members of the Hambleton laboratory where we investigate Inborn Errors of Immunity with a specific focus on T-cell biology. We utilise the HPC facility for analysis of multiomics data which historically has included Exome, Genome, RNA (bulk & single cell) sequence with plans for additional datatypes on the upgraded HPC facility.
