The Newcastle Liver Research Group investigate the pathophysiology, natural history, diagnosis and treatment of Metabolic-dysfunction Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD). The group has generated many significant large 'omics datasets and use HPC for data processing and analysis.
