Project Description

Statistical Genetics and Bioinformatics workflows to investigate the role (and underlying mechanisms) of genetic factors in complex disease


Software or Compute Methods

A wide variety of command-line Statistical Genetics and Bioinformatics software packages will be used, along with other statistical/data analysis/programming tools such as R, Python, C++.
