Project Description

Project for the analysis of cfDNA ONT sequencing data from patients with rare cancers, including analysis of structural variants, SNVs and CNVs.


Software or Compute Methods

Alignment of ONT data using standard long-read sequencing tools such as minimap2 and samtools. Analysis of structural variants, SNVs and CNVs will be conducted with the appropriate software tools.
