Project for performing pipeline and exploratory computational investigations of single cell/nuclei and spatial technologies datasets of ichthyosis samples funded by MRF grant.
Git, virtual environments and containers (primarily for python and R work), bash scripting, cpu and gpu compute, single cell/nuclei and spatial technologies outputs, recognised public package workflows (e.g. scanpy, bin2cell, squidpy, miloR/milopy, scvi-tools) and custom packages and scripts.
