Project for performing pipeline and exploratory computational investigations of Xenium datasets of skin tumour samples including BHD fibrofolliculomas, CCS trichoepitheliomas, and infundibulocystic BCC.
Git, virtual environments and containers (primarily for python and R work), bash scripting, cpu and gpu compute, single cell/nuclei and spatial technologies outputs, recognised public package workflows (e.g. scanpy, bin2cell, squidpy, miloR/milopy, scvi-tools) and custom packages and scripts.
